Creative Collaborators

In this hands-on, interactive workshop, aimed at designing creative solutions to relevant problems informed through data, participants will engage in activities that focus on the computational thinking skills of decomposition, abstraction, pattern recognition, algorithmic thinking, evaluation and logic.

Course Outcomes

By the end of this on-demand webinar, you will:

  1. understand computational thinking and the related skills, understandings and competencies;
  2. investigate the use of sensors (using micro:bits) and their application in the real world;
  3. identify and refine a problem to be solved through engaging in a hands-on design challenge; and
  4. collaborate with colleagues and engage in meaningful discussions related to digital literacy and computational thinking.
